Did you ever wonder where the Lumière brothers are from? Auguste and Louis Lumière are from Lyon, France which is the second largest city in France. The city played a significant role in the history of cinema because they invented their Cinematographe there. They also were the first to make sequences that they projected in a way that created animations.
